A shared lounge and double kitchen on the top floor offers spectacular views over Logan Park and the harbour. A 42 inch television in the lounge has free 'My-sky' tv.

All of the rooms have free unlimited wi-fi (under negotiation for fibre-optic) and capped power. While capped, we have never had a tenant go over their limit.
