Furnished apartment available in Brockworth Place, close to the Dean’s Ave/Riccarton Road roundabout. Ideal for those working in the Hospital, central Christchurch or who are at the University. Ideal place for people needing accommodation for earthquake repairs though also would suit those looking for somewhat longer tenancy. Although these units suffered very minimal earthquake damage, we are expecting EQC work to be done at some point and hence the reason for not looking for very long term tenants again at this point. For those who are would like a somewhat longer tenancy but who are willing to make it fixed term to accommodate our own repair work, we would be willing to negotiate the rent.
