Gets all the morning sun with fantastic views over Evans Bay. The beach is almost right on your doorstep with just a 5 minute walk to get down there and the Hataitai village just 5 minutes in the other direction! Bus routes into town run very regularly, there is one every 15 minutes and even more during peak times and only 3 minutes from the flat.

The flat itself has two bedrooms, one double and a large single both with built-in wardrobes (we use the single room as a storage room/second lounge). Open living with the kitchen and lounge right next to each-other and the house is easy (and cheap) to heat through the winter. Has an outside washing line and a small deck outside, perfect for those sunny summer mornings!

Suitable for a couple who need some extra space or 2 working singles.

This is a great little flat, with great landlords and we're sad to go but we need extra space as our family is expanding! This is a bottom flat, with the landlords living upstairs but we have never been bothered with much noise.
The flat is available from now, although we will need two weeks notice to organize moving out.
