A very cute wee flat on the back of our shed, it has a modern kitchen including oven and stove. No dishwasher or fridge included.
The lounge is a good size for a couple of couches and the bedroom is large enough for a dresser, queen bed and bed side tables.
The bathroom is shower, toilet, vanity but no bath.
Please note that there is no washing machine but the current tenants are happy using the local laundromat which is cheap and even folds your washing for you!
$220 includes your power and water but there is a gas bottle which heats the water, this would need to be filled by the tenant themselves.
Extra storage space can be arranged for you and there is 2 parking spaces in the driveway with a gate.
We wouldn't recommend any more than a couple or single tenant as the flat is very cosy. Currently rented by a couple who have been very comfortable there.
