Short Term Rental available from 30 August 14 until November 2014.

This is a one off rental - this is our family home and we are going to be away for this period. Therefore we are flexible with dates and can accommodate any reasonable delays/extensions to your stay should unexpected circumstances arise.

Currently we have three bedrooms set up and the fourth as a playroom (as per photos) we are happy to leave this configuration or change back to a fourth double room. Bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with ensuite, a twin room and a third double room with a single bed and trundler bed.

Fabulous sunny backyard with everything to keep kids happy and occupied while you are getting repairs done! Backyard has a playground, swing set, trampoline, dolls house and sandpit.

Outdoor bbq and paved area. Quiet, safe street.

Fully fenced for dogs and children. (Please discuss any animals that you have with us).

2 x heatpumps to keep you warm during frosty mornings.

As this is a one-off tenancy we are looking for a minimum rental of 6 weeks.

Invoice can be provided to Insurance Company.

As this is our family home and not a rental, and we are happy to make our own possessions available for your use, we would hope for a family or tenant that would treat our home as they would their own.

Pets OK, no smokers.
