This is a special situation that won't suit everyone. This property is usually rented for $300 per week however we are offering it at a reduced rate as it is on the market to be sold. We are currently considering removing it from the market over winter but this will need to be discussed with potential tenants. The condition of rental is that the house and grounds are always kept clean and tidy in case we wish to show prospective buyers through, which is by arrangement with the tenant only. If the property were to sell there would be a 42 day notice period given. Also this property is suited to sell to investors so the chance of it being sold to another landlord who would retain the current tenant is high.

The house has a heat pump for heating and the bedrooms are all double rooms. It has a large section which is fenced but there are no gates at the front by the road so it is not suitable for very small children. No dogs allowed.
