We're looking for a nice tenant who wants the quiet life in the country.

Our cute miners cottage is nestled in it's own private surroundings with trees, low maintenance gardens and a waterfall.

Fireplace and coal range heating only. Insulated ceiling.

8km from Ngaruawahia township, less than 1km from Glen Massey. About 20 minutes to the Base, Te Rapa or 20 minutes Huntly. Cottage is on a lifestyle block with another main residence.

We'd prefer a solo professional or retiree who enjoys a bit of country without being too far out.

Pets: Cat ok but dog is negotiable as we have free range chickens.
