Heating is electric, but just last year the house was re-insulated and a ventilation system installed. Recently re-carpeted in lounge, office and master bedroom, the other rooms are planned (but it may depend on your pet situation ;-)

I'm not back in Hamilton til Saturday (7/6) so the plan is that I will show people round between 1:30-2:30pm on both Saturday and Sunday ... no need to ring/email to book, just turn up. If you really can't make it, then contact me and we can make arrangements for an alternative time.
