Lovely sunny flat in Hataitai. Very close to the Hataitai Shops, buses, and a 25-minute walk into town. Only a 5-minute walk from Evans Bay and a 5-minute bus ride to the City.

House is the top unit of two, so gets amazing sun, especially in summer, when it is sunny until about 9pm. Our power bills have been really cheap - between $50 and $75 even coming into winter, as the house gets heaps of sun and is really warm. Large windows allow for great views over Hataitai.

Unfurnished but comes with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and a new oven. Microwave and dining table also available if needed. Carpet has also recently been replaced.

Bedroom has spacious built-in wardrobe and easily fits a queen-size bed.

Cupboard in lounge offers good storage.
