There are two (of four) middle units available and we can fully furnish if required. The rent for fully furnished will be $425 and will include everything but linen and towels. There is currently a single man in one and a married couple in the other so it's very quiet. There is also a small reserve across the very quiet street.

There is no earthquake damage and a new driveway has just been completed. The outside of the whole complex will be repainted within the next two months.

Each unit has a single garage and one of the available units has a small grassed area out the back (see photo).

These places are still in the final stages of completion with carpet and some bathroom amenities to be fitted within the next week however viewings can be arranged.(Photos are of already completed and rented units however these two will look the same)

Deal direct with the landlord, no letting fee required. References and a credit check will be required. A 12 month lease is preferred and I'll need three weeks bond and one week rent in advance.
