Our 2 bedroom house in Matarangi is available for rent from Monday 21 April 2014. It is a Keith Hays type cottage, built in the 1980’s, so you’ll have that real bach feel (see photos).

It is fully furnished and self-contained with bathroom, laundry and re-furbished kitchen with gas hob - even a TV and video, and off-street parking for your cars.
It is in a wonderful sunny spot with a lovely outlook to a park and tennis court (see attached photos), and only a 6 minute toddler stroll to the surf beach via the walkways.

It is currently set up with 1x queen bed and 2x single, but we can modify to suit.

You are dealing direct with the owner, so there are no agent fees, just the 2 weeks rent in advance and 4 weeks bond. We are looking for medium-long term tenants (>4 months), and rent is set at $200/week to reflect this.
