Rent is negotiable, within reason -- I'm moving abroad and looking to rent my bedroom out from May 7 - July 19 (could be longer but that would have to be worked out with the landlord). The room has a nice closet, and I am happy to leave whatever furniture (with the exception of the nightstand and the lamp) is desired. Flat has a big kitchen, sitting area, dining room, and a backyard with two clothesline trees. My flatmate is staying, so you'll have one roommate.
