4 bedroom Cashmere Family Home – Short Term Rental

Our 4 bedroom family home is available for a fully furnished short term rental from 15 May to 11 July 2014, just over 8 weeks. It could be perfect for an EQC repair and would ideally suit a family, but we’re open to a group of professionals or similar also. The house is conveniently located at the base of the Port Hills, with views through the trees to the Canterbury Plains and mountains. It’s very private, in a quiet street, yet still has shops and cafes just a short walk away. It’s a peaceful place to live, yet so close to the city.

Bedroom configurations are:
* Double Master bedroom
* Double Guest bedroom
* Large bedroom/rumpus room (2 singles)
* Single smaller room

Our home also features:
* Open plan living and dining
* Wood burner and 2 heat pumps
* Modern Kitchen with Dishwasher and Microwave
* Full laundry with washer and dryer
* Single garage and off-street parking
* Separate Office, with broadband and wireless
* Outdoor deck and BBQ
* Fully furnished, sofas, dining, LCD TV etc

We’re willing to be very realistic around the rent, in return for looking after our 2 cats, and our 5 chickens (yes, free and fresh eggs!). Both don’t require much effort and are fun and friendly.

We’re asking $650 per week, but again, willing to be quite flexible around this. We’ll favour a group or family that can stay for the entire period, over price.
