Fantastic sunny and warm apartment available in the Soho apartments. Flat gets sun for most of the day as it is situated on the East side with harbor views to watch the boats. Great for the upcoming winter electricity bills. Last year I only turned the heat on twice! Low noise thanks to not being in the middle of the building with most other units.

Apartment is light and airy. Both bedrooms fit queen size beds with rooms to spare. Both rooms have built in closets.

Building is centrally located and offers an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness area free to its residents. Apartment comes with white ware included.

It's a great unit with quiet neighbors and great views and access to the city. I wouldn't be moving if I wasn't relocating.
