Bluebell Cottage is a stylishly refurbished three-bedroom early 1900’s cottage featuring natural wooden floors with a new kitchen and new cute bathroom, and has been providing quality self-contained accommodation.

Located near the Martinborough town square, it’s a comfortable walk to the Square, its cafes and restaurants, and in close proximity to vineyards, golf course and other local attractions that have made Martinborough one of New Zealand's most popular places to visit.

During the cooler winter months, the house has heating in each room, night store and a gas heater in the open plan dining / lounge or a nice hot walk in shower. In the summer relax on the deck (which has views over rural Martinborough to the south), enjoy a barbeque.

Bluebell Cottage is a pet-free zone and smoking is strictly outside only. With quarterly inspections.

Bluebell cottage have free to air SATELITE TELEVISION coverage.

Tenants to keep the garden tidy, at all times.

Four week bond is required and two weeks rental payment in advance.
References and ID will need to be provided. Long term tenant will be ideal. Tenants to sign over to Genesis Energy, for the duration of the tenancy - LPG bottles are to be filled upon vacation.
