Tidy, warm, quiet cottage in Puketapu for rent.

Set on 4.5 acres (cannot be seen from the road). In a very quiet street with lovely rural outlook.

In the past we have had retired couples or a person on their own and it has really worked well.

It is a very tidy but small cottage with two bedrooms. One large bedroom with a smaller second bedroom (suitable for office or single bed). It has a heat pump and it a very warm home. Bathroom and laundry is downstairs.

It has a lockable shed for work tools, spare chest freezer. It does not have a garage for cars but plenty of parking area. We do however limit the number of vehicles permently there to 2.

We are looking for quiet tenants who will look after the place as their own, keep it tidy and enjoy gardening.

I will load some photos once I have permission from current tennant.

Bond is two weeks which we will lodge with the Tennacy people. Rent is payable weekly in advance. References would be great.

To keep the interuptions to a minimum for our current tennant, we will try and do one or two viewings.
