This is a large sunny house (i.e. 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms) and we're looking to rent out half of it. You'd have your own living area, bathroom, dining area, outdoor entertaining area, extra large bedroom and office/guest room. The only common areas would be the kitchen and laundry.

We are an easy going professional couple in our 40's, who enjoy the Mount lifestyle. Ideally we'd like to share with a professional couple or single of a similar age.
