Single Room = $150 per week (One single bed)
Double Room = $170 per week (One double bed)
Twin Share = $200 per week, being $100 per person
(based on two people sharing a double room with two bunks)
Secure Carpark = $15 per week

Each area is fully furnished and made up in the following format:

Each Block - 4 Single Bedrooms - Accessed by private security keys
1 bathroom with shower toilet and vanity
1 bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and vanity
Common areas including Kitchen, Laundry and Dining
Sleep out - 2 Double Bedrooms
1 bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity

Rental for each room includes the following:
Shared use of all common areas fully fenced and secured with a coded gate. Common area furnishings and services include a lounge suite, dining suite, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, iron, vacuum, TV, DVD player, phone line for local calls and more...
Fully furnished bedroom including a bed, desk, bedside table, wardrobe, mirror and a chest of drawers in each bedroom.
