This is a lovely Lodge just up from the shops and Cafes of Ellerslie Village.

There are numerous shared bathrooms and a large lounge that has couches, TV with Sky and 2 computer terminals.
The shared kitchen has plenty of storage and appliances and there is a laundry with coin operated machines.
Each room is furnished with a double or single bed and a wardrobe, draws, desk and chair.
There is a great mix of people in the Lodge and there is a very peaceful feel to the place.
The trains and buses are an easy stroll down the road and Remuera and Newmarket are very close.
The rental covers wireless internet, Sky, phone, power, water, gas and commercial cleaners to clean all the common areas twice a week.

The move in costs are two weeks rent in advance and one weeks rent as bond.
