Great outdoor paved courtyard with table and seating for six. A warm double glazed house.
Short term of two weeks or less will be $180.00 per night, minimum one week stay. Deposit $250 deposit is required at time of booking, balance due on arrival.
If cancelled 0 - 13 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited / If cancelled 14 or more days before arrival, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

Short term rental only ideally suit people who have to relocate for EQ repairs or out of town corporate visitors.
