New purchased house last year. House was build in 1990 with good maintenance. 220 m2 and with yard it is more than 800m2.

There are three rooms available. Two are double rooms ($155) and one is bigger, with a small working studio ($255). The bigger one is more private and it is good for two people.

We share kitchen and dining room and reading room. Usually no one use it though.

I have one 10 months old Lab. She is a trained dog and very friendly.

10 mins walk to New World. Tennis court for this community. Next to Remuera golf. Very nice & clean.

Whole house and rooms are furnished

One garage but tons of street parking. Very safe.

Owner works at a big 4 professional service firm.
