**This house is a short term rental ONLY - owners travelling overseas between 3rd April and 6th June 2014.**

This spacious house has a fully fenced yard and ample lawn with off street parking. Fully furnished throughout the house with a double pull out sofa in the lounge, plus chaise longue and 43" plasma flatscreen TV, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii.

Queen sized bed in the master bedroom and single divan bed in the second bedroom. Single stretcher also available. Ample drawer and wardrobe space in each room.

House comes with resident kitty to feed (food provided). He's very friendly but needs pats and love as well!

House has gas hot water in a spacious and modern bathroom. Separate toilet. Fully kitted out kitchen with all the amenities and mod cons, including a dishwasher. European style laundry with dryer and washer.

Bills will need to be transferred to tenants for the two month duration of tenancy. House presently has Vodafone cable internet and uses less electricity due to gas hot water.

Smoking outside only. No pets allowed due to resident cat.

Two weeks rent in advance + two week's rent bond required. Management of property will be by family members should anything arise while away (they live nearby and are landlords themselves). Please contact by email below.
