There is access to beaches on both sides of peninsula. There is a grass tennis court on the property and tenants have use of a dinghy, three canoes/kayaks and a private swimming beach

Close by are Tasman Golf Course, craft shops, wineries, rivers, caves and bush walks in Abel Tasman National Park and the Mt Arthur Range.

There is a second house on the property, however the houses are well separated and screened from one another by a hedge of trees.
