SHORT TERM FURNISHED RENTAL from mid-April to mid-September 2014 while we are away in the UK (exact dates to be negotiated). We also require the tenants to love and feed our birman cat, Lyla.

Small two bedroom cottage with large section - front courtyard, back deck, back yard. Close to motorways, cafes, mall, city, zoo, motat, parks, stadiums, everything!

All furniture, appliances, household items will be provided, however all our personal belongings will be removed.

Bedrooms: 2 x small. We have a superking bed in one which takes up most of the room, the other fits a double with room down one side of the bed.

Parking: Driveway suitable for one-two cars.

Bathroom/Laundry: Shower, vanity, washing machine, dryer. NEW renovation.

Kitchen: Original kitchen with basic cupboards, fridge, oven (no dishwasher), all cutlery and crockery provided.

Living/Dining: All furniture, seating, television, sound system, cabinets provided with rental. Heatpump to keep you warm in winter.
