The property consists of The Homestead, a rented out cottage and a separate building consisting of two studios. This advert is for Studio 1 (Studio 2 is listed separately, but they can be both booked together as a booking ... Studio 2 is $100-$120).

Kerikeri is a very central area to explore the "beautiful Bay of Islands". We are a 20 minute drive to Paihia from where you board the ferry to historic Russell. There are many Dept of Conservation walks to be taken in this area both coastal and native bush.

Kevin and I live on the property and will be here to assist you to settle in, check all is well and leave you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Puriri Park.

Studio 1 is a cozy one bedroom + lounge/diniing/kitchen, which we feel has the ambience of "the real Kiwi bach". It enables you to relax in a low-key way and enjoy the garden view from your lounge window and bedroom french doors.
