The grounds are fully secure with an automated pedestrian/car entry gate. 
Entry to each building is electronically controlled.

Power, gas and laundry facilities are included in the weekly rent.

Each studio apartment is fully carpeted and furnished.
Furniture consists of: King single bed - including a mattress protector
Duvet with cover - pillows with cases
A 2-seater couch
Desk and Chair
Kitchenette with microwave, electric frying pan, & under bench fridge.

There is a tiled bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.

All studios are set up for phone and internet, which is to be connected and paid for by the tenant if required. 

There are communal kitchen facilities containing a full sized oven, deep freezer, sink and bench and storage areas. 

The communal laundry facilities contain washing machines and dryers for your use.

All upstairs studio apartments have their own balcony with a pleasant outlook.

Secure car parking will be charged at an extra $10 per week if you require.
