My name is Emily, and as the owner of Sandview, I live in a self contained flat downstairs, you can make as much noise as you like upstairs, I sleep though anything, and I enjoy hearing laugher and people having a great time.
I get on with my life so you can get on with your stay, But if you would like to ask questions, or talk about the area, or talk about your holiday etc, just sing out.

I live with 2 fur babies (Dogs) both are very friendly and love meeting people and other dogs.
Generally they stay with me, if you prefer them to be kept completely away from you or any of your guests during your stay please do let me know in advance.
You are welcome to bring your own dogs if they are house trained or will stay outside.

This is an older 3 bedroom home full of character and art work. It has been partly renovated, about 80% of the inside has been painted, all the carpet has been removed leaving wooden floors. As it is still a work in progress, I have kept my prices lower to reflect this as budget accommadation.

I have listed as child friendly, but please note that a couple of things may not meet current child health and safety regulations.
? At this stage, not all the deck railing would meet this standard, and until I get the thermostat fixed the hot water is often too hot.
? As long as you understand that some care and supervision is required, I will accept your booking with children.

There are board games available in the lounge, a box of old toys in the wardrobe of the first bedroom and jigsaw puzzles in the top of the wardrobe in the master bedroom.
Access to the beach is via a neighbouring property by stairs or through a paddock, this is by arrangement and directions will be given at the start of your stay
