Comfortable room with queen bed. Additional space and rooms available on request.

Plenty of on street parking available.

The rooms would suit either couples or singles.

Guests have full access to the garden, open kitchen and living space, deck, TV, etc.

You are welcome to use the kitchen and help yourself to a light breakfast - tea/coffee, juice, cereals and yoghurt are available.

Included as well is internet/WiFi, laundry facilities, towels and bed linen.

We are friendly, social and avid travelers and would be glad to help with any suggestions for things to do and places to go locally and around greater Auckland. We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

Located on a very quiet street with views of the central city and greenery of neighbouring suburbs.

Easy walking distance to all amenities including local Herne Bay, Ponsonby & Grey Lynn dining and shopping.

Explore the city on foot or using an AT-HOP card for travel on Auckland buses, trains and ferries to get around broader Auckland.

Airport pick-up can also be arranged, depending on arrival time, for a nominal charge.

A prepaid local mobile number/SIM can be arranged and the number provided in advance of arrival - get cheap calling and data and avoid roaming rates.

There are two resident Burmese cats who will gladly keep you company or are otherwise very happy to keep to themselves in a sunny spot.

The house has recently been renovated including a modern kitchen and new bathroom.
