The cottage is very well equipped along with its all new kitchen with gas hobs electric oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is well supplied with all the crockery, cutlery plates and serving dishes and pots and pans. Everything is there should you wish to slap up a gourmet meal. The Kitchen/Lounge is in an open plan format, along with the dining area.

The lounge has a large very comfy white leather lounge suite and the 52" TV is on the wall. It has a stereo system as well. The master bedroom is comfy with a brand new high quality Queen Bed, with a deck running off it, and the second bedroom has a further Queen and King single in bunk form, which opens out onto the front deck. The beds are brand new, and are super comfy and more than suitable for adults.

It has extensive outdoor areas with grassed grounds and citrus trees, and there is a large deck with outdoor furniture and the all important BBQ.

Off street parking is available for several cars.

It is well located between Oneroa and Palm Beach, with both being only a few minutes drive away.
