A large cottage with lots of space to spread out, indoors and outside. Comfortable with a few rough edges but a relaxed old fashioned beach feel. Lawns surround the house, overlooking the beach and Pub Reef. Large shade trees and a small stream for kids to play in and explore. And indoor fire for winter and outdoor brazier for summer nights. No water restrictions and an old but effective wringer washing machine if you are cut short. Cross the road to a pebbly beach with nice swimming, or drive just up the road to Te Kaha Hotel and the boat ramp. Kids games and some books for rainy days.
