This is a modern self contained comfortable apartment situated to make the most of the views over the harbour while tucked in to be sheltered from most wind directions. The large deck with barbeque and a gate to keep the children safe lends itself to relaxed enjoyment. Sit back, put your feet up, drink in the view and enjoy the summer warmth protected from the sun by the big gazebo.

The deck opens through large sliding doors into the lounge dining area. Behind this, still with a great outlook is the well equipped modern kitchenete. There are two bedrooms, one queen one twin giving sleeping for up to 4. There is a laundry with an automatic washer and a bathroom with a shower.
There is safe swimming right in front and we provide two kayaks for our guests. The Mill Bay boat ramp is just a short walk as is the world famous Mangonui Fish shop. The other Mangonui restaurants and cafes are only a little way further.
Tours pick up at the gate and fishing charters depart from the Mill Bay ramp.
Coppers Beach is just a two minute drive away. There is off street parking for one car and more on the roadside in front
