Maroca is a large comfortable house set high above Wintle Street on the way to the surf beach and has great water views!

The house is set over 2 levels, upstairs is a large deck off the lounge with BBQ & outdoor furniture and two further bedrooms comprising of one queen with en-suite and one single room. There is also a deck at the rear of the house looking out towards the Brynderwyns.

Downstairs is the kitchen/dining area with two bedrooms, one with a tri-bed (single over double) and the other with a queen and 4 bunks (in one room). There is another bathroom located in this area as well as the laundry room.

There is a pool table, table tennis & kayaks available for guest use.
