This is a cute wee 2 bedroom cottage in the heart of Temuka. The lounge is a good size with a log burner to keep you toasty warm. Big windows for lots of natural light and sun. The kitchen is very basic but nice and light. The bathroom has a shower above the bath. Each bedroom has a free standing wardrobe in it. There is no garage but off street parking is available. A tidy section with easy gardens. There is a wee boxed vegetable garden. Pets negotiable for the right tenant but please note the section at the front of the house by the road is fully fenced but not the back.
