This warm and sunny house on Castle St. has 5 good sized bedrooms.  The bathroom is nice and modern and the whole house has been repainted inside and out a couple of years ago - all spick and span! The upstairs bedroom has its own toilet and basin.  There is also a nice spacious backyard for your summer barbies and the great thing is that the lawns are mowed for you!

The location is excellent, it is situated beside Abbey College and near to the Marsh Study Centre and Botanic Gardens and within walking distance to the stadium if you wish to go to watch the Highlanders!  If you like a bit of claim to fame - it is also only 2 doors down from the famous six60 house.
