We have a lovely 4 bedroom house available for rent in the Te Mata area (only 12 minutes to Raglan). 3 good sized bedrooms and 1 smaller room or office. The house is located on our dairy farm, fully fenced with own private section, driveway etc. We have recently repainted the house inside throughout and polished the beautiful wooden floors which are a gorgeous characteristic to this home. Stunning rural views from every window in the house with a reasonable sized section. It is a very private home with 2 other neighbours up the same no exit road. Zoned for the amazing Te Mata school and handy to Matapihi Kindergarden for those with children. We are looking for professional, house proud person, couple or small family to rent this home and look after it with pride. It is a private and quiet little spot, so would suit someone who enjoys peace and quiet and away from the busy and sometimes noisy life in town. However, still only a 12 minute drive away to the beautiful Raglan township and 40 minutes to Hamilton. No dogs and no smokers please.
$350 per week (this will include us looking after the lawns and edges as it is quite a large section). We will require 4 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent in advance to secure this rental property.Once we have some interest, we will organise a viewing day during the weekend so those who are interested in having a look through can come along and ask questions etc at that time. We will also be requiring 2 previous tenancy references upon application. The house will be available for moving in from Saturday 23rd April at this point in time but it may be earlier if our current tenants move prior to that date.
