Our Fully Furnished Bungalow Style family home is available for rental for one year (or possibly longer, flexible) as from March. It has everything you will need so just bring your toothbrush.!!
Leaving for overseas about March/April (start date flexible). It is a fabulous extremely sunny 4 double bedroom home. Two of the bedrooms have skylights. There are two bathrooms. There is a private sunny enclosed courtyard at the back and super large decking area which stretches across the entire front of the home and leads onto a sizable flat lawn. The section is fully enclosed and safe. We overlook the "Green Belt" so the outlook is super. A Rinnai floor pump in the kitchen family room is amazing for the inbetween months when you don't want to light the fire and another wall mounted gas heater in the hallway but we also have a woodburner as well so the house is easily heated. The suburb of Hataitai is well sought after with great schools in the area and the village has a corner supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, dairys,bakery, hair salons, local tavern and many varied cuisines in the way of cafes and eateries.
