We have a single small detached room complete with it's own bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, vanity and space for the tenants washing machine. The property is located in a rural setting in Whatawhata, a 15 minute ride to Hamilton.

Smoking is allowed and we are open to pets, depending on what they are as we have our own dogs, chooks, sheep etc.

The unit is an open plan/studio style room, so lounge, kitchen and bedroom are in the one room. Water for the kitchen sink and bathroom is heated by a small gas bottle that the tenant takes responsibility to fill. $250 per week covers;
1. All other power/electricity costs (especially useful in the winter months!),
2. Sky
3. Rent
4. Unlimited Internet.

We share the same property so want someone that is quiet & doesn't have numerous visitors. We require $500 up front which covers rent payable from the date of occupancy and one weeks rent in advance. Also require 2 reputable rental referees. Can send photos via phone, just having trouble up-loading them at the moment.

Suitable for one tenant.
