This house was on the market for long time and hasn't sold so we would be happy to rent it out to careful long term tenants.

You will have to be ready to put your sleeves up for this one as there is a swimming pool to maintain and a big lawn to mow.

We will give full training for the pool and will lend lawnmower if needed.

In exchange you are getting a great family home which is comfortable and extremely pleasant to live in. Pets are allowed; the section is well fenced. The rent is reasonable and won't increase for a while but, again, be ready to put some work in.

We will do the lawns and tidy up this coming saturday so come Sunday after 12 pm if you want to have a look.
