north facing lounge having great log burner. the smallish but very functional kitchen looks west over a vineyard, and dining area is between the two rooms. it is a very warm house being north facing, especially with fire going.
outside - 3 boundaries in vineyard. reasonable size grounds.
available now. longer term tenants preferred.
