We have 2 cottages for a family or 2 couples. One, the main cottage is a single room combination, with kitchen living dining area and bathroom, toilet shower. The other cottage is a single room combination, kitchen bedroom and attached bathroom and patio. Both of these units are on solar power with gas hot water and cooking. Water is 40000 litre rainwater. The property is walking distance to Opua school and village if you are reasonably fit. We are away for 4 mths so this may suit a temporary situation.

Suitable for up to 4 tenants.
