Our wonderful tenants are leaving after 3 years, to move overseas, and we’re looking for new tenants to make this house their home. The house has a lovely feel to it: it has modern comforts but the character of a 1920s weatherboard house. The house has morning and afternoon sun, heaters, and is fully insulated.

Quiet location but just a few mins walk to Hataitai village and Hataitai Beach. Beautiful sea views from the lounge, dining room, master bedroom and gardens.

The large living room enjoys vast views over Evans Bay, and sliding doors to the dining room mean it can be one large living area or separate rooms. Satellite freeview set top box provided.

Next to the dining room, the kitchen has a stove and dryer (vented outside) plus space for your whiteware and cupboards for storage. It is a light kitchen to cook in, with 3 windows and you can look out to the garden while cooking.

The modern bathroom has a separate shower and bath, vanity handbasin unit, and large mirror. The toilet is in a separate room, next to the bathroom.

At the back of the house, there is a large covered area with lots of clothes lines. A few steps lead up to a grassed area that gets morning and afternoon sun. Current tenants made a veggie patch here too.

The gardens at the front and back of the house are easy to maintain. We can take care of the lawns if you wish.
