I have a smallish bedroom available to a quiet-living lady tenant. This is a short term rental until March 2015.

I am about to move in myself and need someone to help pay the rent. You will be self-sufficient, own cooking etc. The house is basic in furniture, but hey, these are tough times in the housing market...we will get by! I also will have to move on at the same time as the landlord requires the house for himself at that time.
