The flat is small with a kitchenette including fridge/freezer(no oven), bathroom that has shower, toilet, basin, washer/dryer. Previous tenants have used bench top cookers, microwave and electric fry pans.

There is a large double bedroom.

There is a reasonable sized living room with balcony at the front.

There is a small room suitable for a child or capable of having a double mattress for a single adult that doesn't mind the smaller space.

The location is mainly a business area and is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the popular Tannery shopping and cafe precinct. This place could be perfect for someone that works at the Tannery.

Smoking is ok on Balcony only.

No pets.

Rental is $300 per week, and doesn't include any services, you will need to arrange your own power, internet etc.

Bond is non negotiable 4 weeks.

Total cost to move in to this flat is $1200 bond and $300 rent in advance.

Rent to be paid weekly by AP.

Last tenant hasn't left the place immaculate but it is ok to move in immediately. If you are prepared to take it as it is we will provide 3 days free rental in exchange for your cleaning of the flat.
