4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.

We have 2 large rooms that gets sunlight that are available for 2015. One of the rooms has a built in wardrobe and draws and we can supply a new queen size bed for an additional $5 per week. Kitchen appliances are provided and house has a new shower and fireplace. There is a deck around the back of the house that overlooks North Dunedin.

It is a 5-10mins walk to the university and polytech, 15mins to the unipol and supermarket, and 10mins to town.

Over the summer there will be new renovations to the house as there will be insulation.
Current students are 2 second year uni students and 1 at polytech.
