We have brought a house, so sadly are moving out of our lovely little apartment on Jackson St. We are looking for suitable tenants to take over our lease (long term preferably, however short term considered).

It's affordable modern, clean, apartment style living right in the heart of Jackson Street. The place has a functional kitchen, bathroom/laundry combined, it's own balcony with lots of sun and a nice view, and the living space/bedroom is combined. Note: the bedroom isn't separate.

You have your own car park outside the entrance (which is on the back side of the property, so through the car park behind Caffineed Cafe, which visitors can park in also). Neighbours are quiet and pleasant. Gas hot water and stove - extremely cheap power bills.

Rent is $265 a week - with no letting fee - as you will be taking over our lease. You are welcome to view anytime, we will do our best to be available :)
