This quaint and charming cottage could scarcely be any closer to the harbour. You can drop a fishing line into the sea from the front bedroom when the tide is in!

Tucked into its small section, the harbour is on two sides, with views to the Carey’s Bay fishing wharves, Port Chalmers in the background, and looking across to Harbour Cone and the Heads. The historic Carey’s Bay pub is a short stroll along the road.

There are 2 bedrooms, and a compact bathroom. A large wood fire (with wetback) ensures a warm and cosy interior. There is a separate sleep-out, which has had insulation installed.

Access will be granted to the (separately owned) wharf.

No dogs or smokers. Cats are fine.

No letting fee (private landlord), 2 weeks bond would be required.
