The house is a villa on a flat section in St Kilda, about a kilometre away from the beach. It has 3 awesome rooms (with black out curtains), able to fit a king size bed plus more in them.

Sunny outdoor area with a wooden deck and vegetable gardens.

The house comes mostly furnished with 2 beds, (king and queen), fridge/freezer, washing machine and couch set. The kitchen is mostly furnished with a microwave and kitchen utensils.

Picnic table and BBQ provided for outdoor entertaining.

There is a heat pump, moisture master system and insul blanket to help with winter heating.

The tenants will be responsible for looking after the lawn and garden area (lawn mower provided)

The house is well fenced for pets, and trained non destructive dogs are allowed.

Outdoor smoking OK.

Ideally I am looking for long term tenants who will "want to live in the house, rather than stay there"..The lease would be a 12 month agreement with a right to renew.

The landlord lives overseas and the house is property managed on a private and casual basis by a friend, who will arrange a time with you to show you around the house.
