Our current tenants have purchased their own home, and it is once again time for us to find ideal tenants for our low maintenance, modern home in a wonderful, quiet part of Taupo.
There are three bedrooms, master with large en-suite and walk in wardrobe. The open plan living area has a heat pump and built in fireplace as well as a lovely private deck area with a peak at the lake. The kitchen is modern, spacious with a dishwasher and waste master.
The house has an alarm and heat transfer system.
There is a double garage with remote, a small back yard (unfenced) and plenty of off road parking.
We are looking for a professional couple or small family to rent our property long term. You would need to be house proud, honest and reliable.
Keeping the low maintenance garden and lawns well maintained would be your responsibility. You will need excellent references, and be willing for us to run a credit check. The bond (paid on acceptance of the rental agreement) is four weeks rent ( $1680) and we would require two weeks rent in advance ($840). Rent is to be paid by direct debit. Total move in cost $2520
