Our cosy little bungalow is up for rent after being home for us for over 10 years. We've outgrown it now and need to upsize.

The house is very well located within walking distance to the shops, school, beach and public amenities.

Our house is warm, dry and tidy and has been well maintained by us. It is fully insulated, has air con/heat pump, a good ventilation system, a clean kitchen and bathroom.
There is a small room off the main bedroom that we used as an office and a fourth bedroom.

The house is fully fenced and there is a sunny garden space.
It comes with an optional single garage. If you don't need it I can rent it separately.

We are looking for tenants who will look after and respect this home. Ideally we are looking for a medium to longterm tenancy but am happy to discuss other options.
