This is my private home and I will be overseas from Dec 20-Jan 22. I am willing to share this special space to someone who will appreciate its beautiful location and enjoy the villages surrounding it.

It is 500 metres from both Kohimarama Beach and Saint Heliers Bay. Nestled neatly in the bush, this is your very private paradise if you are looking for a holiday home during Christmas and New Years.

It would suit a quiet, mature person, or couple in their 50's or 60's. Since I have a lot of art and ceramic vases on display it wouldn't really suit a young family.

If you feed Nikita, my kitty, and water the plants in the small courtyard I will knock the rent down by $50 a week. Otherwise my Mum will come by every day to do it.

Minimum 3 weeks stay.

If you stay a Full month and feed Nikita, discount is $900 per week.

I require a $1000 bond, totally refundable at the end of your stay.
